Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the great views from your private deck facing beautiful Lake 
Dillon and the mountains.  Relax in front of the living room 
fireplace.  This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has approximately 1000 sq. 
feet of living space and is located in the Towers at Lakepoint 
which is the tallest building in Frisco.  Our condo features 
comfortable furnishings that will make you never want to leave this 
fabulous vacation spot.  The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and 
private bath with separate double basins.  The second bedroom has 
two twin beds with a full bath down the hall.  The living room has a 
queen sleeper sofa.  Our condo sleeps six comfortably.  You will 
find a well furnished kitchen that opens up to the living room.  The 
kitchen is complete with cooking/dining essentials, linens, 
microwave, and dishwasher.  The dining area seats six.  The 
breakfast bar seats three.  The building's lobby has a lounging area 
with an elevator and luggage carts for transporting your 
belongings.  There is a small exercize room near the lobby.  After 
your workout, soak in one of two onsite hot tubs or use the gas 
grill.  You also have a private garage with space to store your 
equipment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo has a washer/dryer, two TV's, VCR, DVD and a Stereo 
system.  The deck has its own table and chairs.  Children have a 
small table and chairs.  There is a toddler booster seat and an 
infant Pac-N-Play.  Enjoy the toys, games and books.  There is a 
discount card for various restaurants and activities.

Activities and Attractions

Frisco has a distinctive small-town character culminating at its 
center of activity-Main Street.  Here you will find shopping, dining 
and nightlife!

Winter - You are only 5-10 minutes away from world famous ski 
resorts of Copper Mountain, Keystone, Brekenridge and Arapahoe 
Basin.  Vail and Beaver Creek are just 30 minutes away.  There are 
also snowmobiles, snowshoe trails, cross country skiing, dinner 
sleigh rides, sledding and tubing.

Summer - Walk out of the condo and you're on the bike trails.  Enjoy 
fishing, golfing, rafting, sailing, kayaking, hiking, horseback 
riding, biking, and the famous Alpine slide.  Participate in the 4th 
of July Parade and view spectacular fireworks over the lake.

Year round - Shopping is great at Frisco's quaint shops or at the 
outlet mall 5 minutes away in Silverthorn.  Shop at GAP, Nike, Tommy 
Hilfiger, J. Crew and more.  Arts and crafts, wine and cheese 
tastings, jazz and music festivals are only a few of the many free 
activities.

The bus system is free.  It will take you and your skis or bike 
anywhere in Summit County.  The buses run every 30 minutes and will 
drop you off in front of your favorite ski area, bike trail, 
shopping mall or restaurant.  The bus stop is conveniently located a 
short walking distance from the condo.
