Vacation Rental Description

A great tucked away place in a tree setting yet walking distance to Downtown Historic Nevada City in  
the Gold Country.  A decor with Victorian and country flavor. Walking distance to the Miner's  
Foundry and a short drive to the Nevada County Fairgrounds for our county fair and many special  
activities all year long.  A perfect location for outside weddings and family to stay all together  
in both the main house that sleeps 8 and a studio on the same property (ground level)that sleeps 2  
with full kitchen and all amenties in the studio as well as the main house. An oversized jaccuzzi  
tub.  The studio is $119.00 per night. Beautiful country setting in a relaxing atmosphere.  Modern  
kitchen with 6 burner Dacor stove. Victorian and Cornish Christmas Holidays in the Gold Country are  
a MUST !.  All the comforts of home.  Only 45 minutes to snow country, 1 1/2 hours to Reno or  
Tahoe.  1 Hour from Sacramento.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer & Dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, stove, oven, TV's, radio, stereo, DVD player, front deck and a  
private deck off the master bedroom complete with warm SPA to enjoy those romantic evenings and  
Sauna with AM/FM/CD.  What fun to relax in.1 King sized bed, 1 queen,1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 twin on  
sleeping porch (or moved into house upon request) , 1 futon, fireplace, central heat, private  
setting with deck off master bedroom.  Lots of parking.  Historic Empire Mine State Park nearby.   
Large gas bar-be-que.  All linens and kitchen items provided. Most items, including spices are  
provided with your stay.  Well behaved pets are welcome @ $5.00 per day extra.  Non smoking in the  
house.

Shopping, golfing, hiking, several local theaters, lake activities, snow activities nearby, Reno and  
Tahoe 1 1/2 hours.  Outstanding selection of restrauants in all price ranges.  The perfect place for
