bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 2 full baths, a huge deck with grill,
gazebo and picnic table. No smoking anywhere on the property and no
pets, please.

Jan 1 through May 18, 2012: $850.00 per week (4 weeks @ $1,300.00)

May 19 through May 25, 2012: $950.00 per week (Nightly @ $200.00) 

May 26 through June 1, 2012: $1,100 per week (Memorial Day week)

June 2 through June 8, 2012: $1,150 per week (Nightly @ $200.00)

June 9 through June 15, 2012: $1,250 per week (Nightly @ $220.00)

June 16 through June 22, 2012: $1,350 per week (Nightly @ $250.00)

June 23 through June 29, 2012: $1,450 per week (Nightly @ $260.00)

June 30 through August 24, 2012: $1,600 per week (Nightly @ $300.00)

August 25 through August 31, 2012: $1,400 per week (Nightly @ $260.00)

September 1 through September 7, 2012: $1,300 per week (Labor Day week)

September 8 through October 12, 2012: $1,050 per week (Nightly @ $210.00)

October 13 through October 26, 2012: $950 per week (Nightly @ $200.00)

October 27, 2011 through mid-May 2013: $900 per week (4 weeks @ $1,300.00)

The state lodging tax is currently at 7%. There is a $80.00 cleaning fee at departure.
