creature comforts. A beautifully decorated cape loaded with amenities
near Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Tucked away on a tranquil
wooded lot, yet a short distance to any desired location both on and
off Mt. Desert Island. Choose from an abundance of exciting,
exhilarating, and entertaining activities during the day. Then later,
relax and rejuvenate in peace and quiet. Close to the Chamber of
Commerce's Bar Harbor Area Information & Acadia Welcome Center,
lobster pounds, gas stations, grocery store, restaurants, Bar Harbor
Airport, etc. A great starting point to access any location on Mt.
Desert Island, Ellsworth, Stonington, or Schoodic Point. Has three
bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 2 full baths, a huge deck with grill,
gazebo and picnic table. No smoking anywhere on the property and no
pets, please.

May 4 through May 17, 2013: $900 per week (Nightly @ $200)
May 18 through May 24, 2013: $950 per week (Nightly @ $210)
May 25 through May 31, 2013: $1,100 (Memorial Day week)
June 1 through June 14, 2013: $1,000 per week (Nightly @ $220)
June 15 through June 21, 2013: $1,200 for the week (Nightly @ $250)
June 22 through June 28, 2013: $1,300 for the week (Nightly @ $260)
June 29 through August 23, 2013: $1,600 per week (Nightly @ $300 if available)
August 24 through August 30, 2013: $1,300 for the week (Nightly @ $260)
August 31 through September 6, 2013: $1,200 for the week
September 7 through October 11, 2013: $1050 per week (Nightly @ $250)
October 12 through October 25, 2013: $950 per week (Nightly @ $210)
October 26, 2013 through May 2014: $900 per week (Monthly @ $1,300)
The state lodging tax is currently at 7%. There is an $80.00 cleaning fee for departure. A security deposit of $500 along with a signed rental agreement are required to confirm a reservation. All fees become due 30 days before arrival. The security deposit is refunded shortly after departure assuming compliance with the rental agreement.
Do you need more room? Would you like to bring along more friends/family? Inquire about renting a 12 X 10 tent w/cots, air mattresses, sleeping bags, linens, etc.
Additional fees may apply for extra occupants over 6.
Shorter stays (a minimum number of nights are required) may be possible where nightly
rates are available. Please inquire.
