Vacation Rental Description

Unwind in cozy and serene surroundings while enjoying numerous

near Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Tucked away on a tranquil
wooded lot, yet a short distance to any desired location both on and
off Mt. Desert Island. Choose from an abundance of exciting,
exhilarating, and entertaining activities during the day. Then later,
relax and rejuvenate in peace and quiet. Close to the Chamber of
Commerce's Bar Harbor Area Information & Acadia Welcome Center,
lobster pounds, gas stations, grocery store, restaurants, Bar Harbor
Airport, etc. A great starting point to access any location on Mt.
Desert Island, Ellsworth, Stonington, or Schoodic Point. Has three
bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 2 full baths, a huge deck with grill,
gazebo and picnic table. No smoking anywhere on the property and no
pets, please.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates based on up to 6 occupants--

Up to May 23rd:            $700.00 per week
May 24th - June 20th:      $900.00 per week     
June 21st - June 27th:   $1,000.00 per week
June 28th - July 11th:   $1,200.00 per week
July 12th - August 23th: $1,400.00 per week
August 24th -August 29th $1,200.00 six nights
August 30th - Sept 5th:  $1,200.00 per week
Sept 6th - Oct 17th:     $1,000.00 per week
Oct 18th - 24th:           $800.00 per week
Oct 25th on:               $700.00 per week

Additional fees may apply for occupants over 6.
Shorter stays (a minimum of 3 nights) may be possible. Please inquire.
