This new condo is right on the beach at Playa Iguana. Two bedrooms and
two baths and a living area which can be used as a 3rd bedroom with hot 
and cold water, AC and all the amenities you would expect at home. 
Only 21 paces across a green lawn to the white sand beach. The beach
is a mile long and has three surf spots. There is a pool just steps
away.  Golf course also
located on the property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is equipped with a fine array of cooking supplies and
utensils. The maid comes daily and we can help you shop on your way
in. I recommend a car in fact we will help you reserve one at our
special price. You can play nine holes on the new golf course and use
the driving range and putting green. Bring your own clubs, shoes and a
polo shirt and your good to go.  There are clubs to rent in the clubhouse.
There is a fine swimming pool just steps away.

This condo rents for $1,100 per week and $150 a night.  We also have
