Entertainment: Cable TV with DVD/VCR.  Heated inground pool: heated 
Sauna.  Full newly upgraded kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, 
dishes, etc.  Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave,  
Outdoor Features: Gas BBQ Grill in common area near pool.  Balcony 
view of beach and ocean. Tennis courts on property. Other Amenities: 
Handicapped Accessible/Wheelchair. Not Suitable for Children.  No 
smoking nor pets Allowed.
