the enchanted cottage in Greenport

This is a totally newly renovated one bedroom cottage located on a waterfront mini estate with
private beach and dock. Ideal for a romantic or special getaway. The cottage consists of one
bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living room with a sofa which converts to a queen size bed, a fully
equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and a screened porch/sunroom. Located on a private road off a
quiet road with beautiful gardens, the property provides a calm presence and beauty to ensure a
memorable and well-deserved break. The property is within walking distance of the Village of
Greenport and the Ferry to Shelter Island. The bus or train from Manhattan leaves you a very short
walk to the property. Connexions from to and airports are also easily available.

The living room has a large LCD TV and the bedroom also has a TV. It has dining facilities, a number
of books, a fireplace and very comfortable chairs. It also has wireless access. Basic Breakfast
supplies are provided and you can also have a full breakfast in the main house. Towels and linens are
provided as well as room service. Access to the heated pool is allowed during the morning hours
i.e. before 1pm. You are also free to use the basketball court and the children's gym set if you
come with children. A croquet set is also available. Chaises and umbrellas are provided on the
beach. You can rent a local kayak and use it off the beach. Massages can be arranged upon request.

The cottage is within walking distance of the Village of Greenport which has a large number of
excellent restaurants, marine activities, antique shops and museums. There is direct bus and train
connexions to New York City. You can swim off the beach as well as in the pool during morning
hours. You can rent bicycles and a car locally. Free tennis courts are within walking distance.
Within five miles there are a number of public golf courses. You are about a 15 minute drive to 20
wineries. You are about a 30 minute drive across Shelter Island to the Hamptons. Horseback riding is
also available nearby.

Rates are between $250-$500 a night or $1900-$3000 a week depending on the season. Minimum stay is
2 nights and a 3 night stay on major holidays. For certain holidays, the Cottage will be decorated,
i.e. Christmas.
