Lane, this 6 bedroom, 5½ bath luxury home is located only two houses from the Beach Club and  
immediate walking distance to all town center establishments and restaurants.  Places like Water  
Colors Workout, Fish out of Water and the Spa at Water Colors Inn are all less than 200 yards from

The house is beautifully decorated and has just over 3600 square feet of living space.  Luxury tubs  
and separate showers in both master baths with marble tile throughout.  Top of the line appliances,  
Wolfe range, 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, and granite tops, one of a kind dining chandelier, pine and  
mahogany floors, and new custom designed furniture, bedding and window treatments with high ceilings  
in every room. Fabulous artwork throughout and beds to die for. 
  
Just to further indicate how lovely this home is...it was one of the stops on the 2007 Northwest  
Florida Parade of Homes. 
 
Downstairs: one queen bedroom with private bath, second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a  
connecting bath to the 3rd bedroom with two twins.  All bedrooms have plasma TVs with DVD players.   
 
A special pool and beach entrance has a wash off shower and a new high-end washer and dryer pair and  
the 2nd Sub Zero refrigerator as well as ice maker for fast in and out refreshments.   
 
The large 2 car garages complete the 1st floor with all-on entrance lighting and central in-house  
vacuum system. 
  
Second Floor: This level is the main level with the open style kitchen, living and dining room all  
looking out to the beach. Second floor also has master suite with separate shower and luxury tub;  
king bed and walk in closet.  Media area has surround sound, DVD, X-Box and games with two high end  
sofas and chairs. The full length covered porch has outdoor dining space as well as loungers and  
rocking chairs all with outdoor upholstery. The porch overlooks the Gulf and Western Lake...the  
perfect place to veiw the stunning sunsets over the beach.  
 
Third Floor:  This floor has the exclusive Primary Master Suite with private open porch and  
incredible views of the gulf.  The Bedroom is huge with 50 inch Plasma TV, Large walk-in closet,  
large private Master Bath and all the electronic controls for the House at your fingertips.  You can  
turn off all the lights from this bedroom which has private sound system.  There is an extra bedroom  
across the hall with a twin and a trundle for the little ones of the family.  It has its own  
balcony,  
so your Master Suite can be private for your morning coffee on the deck or in the evening for your  
sunset cocktail.  The deck is beautifully adorned with two gas lanterns for late night star gazing.
