For bookings less than 5 nights there will be an additional charge
of $100 US.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
$400 Damage Deposit.
50% Deposit due at the time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to the booking date.
60+ Days notice and 50% OF Deposit is refunded.
WITHIN 60 Days Full Amount Forfeited unless re-rented (A $75 Service
Charge Will Be Deducted).
