December 21 - January 3/2013........CDN $2555/week.........$365/night.

Monthly Rates: $4000 CDN - $5500 CDN.

For bookings less than 4 nights there will be an additional charge
of $100 CDN.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
$300 Damage Deposit.
50% Deposit due at the time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to the booking date.
60+ Days notice and 50% OF Deposit is refunded.
WITHIN 60 Days Full Amount Forfeited unless re-rented (A $75 Service
Charge Will Be Deducted).
