vegetation and well-preserved wildlife complement the villa’s tropical design. Enjoy

This impressive five-bedroom villa with vehicle included is conveniently located at the
midpoint of the South side of the island only minutes away from Point of Sand and
Blossom Village, and fully set up to take advantage of everything that Little Cayman has to
offer. Indulge in the local cuisine or international foods at the diverse available
restaurants. Enjoy the spectacular diving and snorkeling, beachcombing, watersports and
exploring while relaxing in the seclusion and privacy of this unique location. We are
minutes away from a charming village with all of the necessities for your vacation, well

The spacious beachfront entrance leads directly into the comfortable and social dining and
living rooms - pleasantly furnished and well equipped with seating for all occasions,
entertainment including TV/DVD, high speed internet, games, and a small library of local
and regional books of interest. The room opens to the beach with ocean views through
two sets of double doors to the large covered verandah. Comfortable outdoor seating and
hammocks are found around the covered verandah, under the shady sea grape tree, and
further down the beach under the coconut trees.

The first floor has two large bedrooms with great access to the beach. The downstairs
West king bedroom includes a bunk bed while the downstairs east bedroom has a queen
bed and one twin bed. Upstairs are two master suites overlooking the ocean with a seaside
balcony. Both have king beds and lots of room to move around. Also upstairs is a twin
bedroom with great breezes and a lovely eastern view down the coast. The house is well
serviced with modern bathrooms offering great ocean views from a variety of angles.
