All Inclusive Rate - NO Cleaning or Departure Fees :-)

Weekly Rentals: (double occupancy) small fee for additional guest up to 12

•         November - April $1,400.00 Per Week (Holiday weeks +$150)
•         May, June, July $1400.00 Per Week (Holiday weeks +$150)
•        August, September, October $1375.00 Per Week (Holiday weeks+150)
•        + 12% FL Tax
•       Extended checkout at 4:00PM instead of 10:00AM (fee based on number of occupants), When available.

Monthly Rentals:

•        $3295/month to $3695/month (Ask about discounts for consecutive monthly rentals)
•        Extended checkout at 4:00PM instead of 10:00AM (fee based on number of occupants), When available.

Security/Reservation Deposits:

We require a $500 security/damage deposit for weekly rentals (Double Occupancy)

We require a $1000 security/damage deposit for monthly rentals (Double Occupancy)

The balance due 30 days prior to check-in

If you cancel your weekly reservation with less than 45 days notice you
will forfeit your security deposit) There is no refund of deposit for canceled monthly reservations. Keep your reservation and the same deposit is used as your damage
deposit which means within 5 business days of your departure pending no damaged or missing items your full damage deposit will be mailed to the home address you provided on the rental agreement.
