One Magnificent Home in Seven Springs

Come stay in our beautiful 7,500 square foot home nestled in the
heart of the Laurel Highlands. Located in the quiet town of Acosta,
we are only 18.5 miles from Hidden Valley Ski Resort; 23 miles to
Seven Springs and 40 miles from Blue Knob. For our spring and summer
guests, we are just 5 miles from Jennerstown Speedway and Jennerstown
Mountain Playhouse as well as Green Gables Restaurant, 25 minutes
from Idlewild Park and Soak Zone (voted #2 best kids park in America)
and 20 minutes from Johnstown, location of "Thunder in the Valley" as
well as the Incline Plane and Johnstown Flood Museum. We are only 2
miles away from the Quecreek Mine Rescue Site and only 15 minutes
from the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville. After visiting the
Memorial, enjoy 18 holes at Arnie Palmer's first public golf course.
We have plenty of space to comfortably handle large reunions,
business meetings, corporate retreats, social gatherings and romantic
get-a-aways. We also have a social hall which has seating for 200
available for an additional cost. We have a two car heated garage
and parking available for RVs, boats, and campers.

We offer two fully stocked kitchens, including full size dishwashers,
flat top stove/oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker,
coffeepot and all utensils. We have cable television sets in all
bedrooms, plus the living room and the downstairs game room, a large library and a suana.
Our main floor has a living room with 17 foot high cathedral ceilings
and a brick propane fireplace and a 52" flat-screen tv. It also has
a kitchen with sky lights, dining room with a large table and seating
for 14, and an additional dining room with seating for 8, laundry
room with full size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms that share a full
bath - one bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Two
bedrooms share a full bath - one bedroom has a king bed and the other
bedroom has two double beds. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the
hallway.
Our upstairs foyer is a library with a sofa for your reading
enjoyment. On the right side of the library are two large bedrooms
with king size beds that share one full bath and has a small kitchen
area with cabinets and a small fridge. The left side of the library
has two large bedrooms that share another full bath. One bedroom has
a queen bed and the other bedroom has a king bed.
Our lowest level has a large game room, with an 8-foot pool table, an
air hockey table and a foosball table, a large screen tv, brick wood-
burning firelplace and another full size kitchen with stove/oven,
dishwasher and refrigerator, a sauna, a full bath and two 1/2 baths
as well as a queen sofa bed. We also have a crib which can be moved
to any bedroom requested.

For dinner you are within a 5 minutes drive of Turillo's Steakhouse
and Bar and Lamonica's Italian Restaurant (reservations advised, for
both, for large parties). You are also within 10 minutes of Somerset
which has every fast food place you want as well as a variety of
other sit-down restaurants. If you do not want to go out for dinner
then you can enjoy pizza and subs delivered to the house from
Peezer's Pizza in Boswell.
