walk in closet, large shower (room for 2) and the quest room has a pillowtop Queen size bed, 2 night tables, 27" VIZIO flat panel TV, guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
The living room has a sofa and love seat, chair with ottoman, 37" Flat panel VizioTV with DVD/VCR combo, stereo system with CD player, ceiling fan. The
dining room table can seat 6 people.   The screened lanai has 3 chairs and coffee table to enjoy the Sunrise and Sunsets--What a view of the beach and Gulf!! WOW!!

Sunset Condo features a large heated swimming pool (maintained at 85 degrees) overlooking the beach and the Gulf, 2 gas BBQ grills, shuffle board court, lots of relaxation and the best sugar sand beach, no shoes required.
