Vacation Rental Description

Decorated after Disney's Boardwalk Vacation Villas for the complete  
beach atmosphere. Why not have fun while you're on vacation! Gorgeous  
unit with all the comforts of home. Fully equiped kitchen, side by  
side refrigerator w/icemaker, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal,  
full size washer, dryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, ironing  
board w/iron, central A/C along with ceiling fans. The master bedroom  
features a queen size bed with 2 night tables, dresser, TV w/DVD,  
walk in closet, large shower (room for 2) and the quest room has 2  
twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed (bedding  
provided) guest bath has a tub/shower combo.  
    The living room has a sofa and love seat, chair with ottoman, TV  
with DVD/VCR combo, stereo system with CD player, ceiling fan. The  
dining room table can seat 6 people plus 2 bar stools at the  
breakfast bar.  
    The screened lanai has 3 chairs and coffee table to enjoy the  
Sunrise and Sunsets--What a view of the beach and Gulf!! WOW!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sunset Condo features a large heated swimming pool overlooking the  
beach and the Gulf, 2 gas BBQ grills, shuffle board court, lots of  
relaxation and the best sugar sand beach, no shoes required.
