Three month minimum rental period required.  
 
Jan-Apr		$2,900 
May		$2,500 
Jun-Sep		$1,800 
Oct-Dec		$2,500 
 
This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.   
 
Our rates include all utilities and taxes.  
 
A $1000 deposit is due when unit is booked  
50 percent of remaining rent balance is due within 30 days of  
booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
