Just head to the neighborhood grocery store (less than 5 minutes
away). As you enjoy your spacious rental home, You will find a

remodeled bathroom with tile thru out.
You may notice that the dining table is
set with beautiful matching china and cutlery for four however the
table expands to seat six. In the master bed room there is a
sitting
table for your pc, reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee. Queen
size bed and a tv with vcr/dvd combo. The second bedroom offers two
twin beds and a flat screen tv. There is a bonus sunroom off the
living room that has a futon bed. And if you needed to, the comfy
couch could sleep an additional person. The kitchen is a dream come
true with its stainless side by side refrigerator, glass top stove,
microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are all
included. The huge back yard is privacy fenced and has a brand new
hot tub / spa that seats four adults comfortably, and gas grill for

Fully stocked kitchen (just bring the food). Linens and towels
provided and we offer a weekly cleaning service for an additional
charge. 3 TV's with basic cable and internet service. We offer a
small basic dvd library and a washer and dryer on site. If you like
to fish we can supply you with salt wter fishing gear you buy the
bait. There is plenty of on street parking and space for a small
boat
or camper(Call for measurments). Washer and Dryer on site.

Way too many to list but we will start with your rental home being
centrally located in sunny Saint Petersburg. Approx. 6-8 minutes
from
down town. 10-15 minutes to the area beaches 8-10 minutes to area
shopping center and only 30 minutes from Tampa and the airport. A
few of our many attractions are just short drives away including the
St. Pete. pier, Johns Pass, and the Famous Fort Desoto State Park.
Also there is Tropicana Field, golfing and some of the most
beautilul
beaches and fishing around. If you like antiques we have a great
selection of shops and antique areas for you to explore. Saint
Petersburg, Florida has so much for you and your family to enjoy.

Winter Rates Start Sept.30, 2008 threw May 30, 2009 and are as follows:
$165.00 per night w/3day min., $800.00 per week, and $2675.00 per month. We require a 25% deposit
with 25% non
refundable for cancellations less than 7 days of your arrival date.
Small, well behaved pets ok, however there will be an additional
deposit of $50.00 per pet. Pet deposit non refundable for damage or
odor. Payment info. US Dollars, Checks, Paypall. Bank Checks, Cashiers checks. Super Bowl week
