condo with two full size beds, one folding cot, brand new carpet in bedroom, new tile in kitchen,  
bathroom & living room. Brand new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, new cabinets & breakfast  
bar. Glass & screened lanai. Step in shower. Brand new furniture includes tropical style sofa, lay-z- 
boy reclining lounger, glass table with 4 padded chairs, 2 bar stools, large coffee table, two 27  
inch tv's in LR and BR, tape player, cd stereo. Over 828 sq ft of A/C living space.  
 
Condo complex is on the bay and has two pools, two tennis courts and 3 jacuzzis. Restaurant/Tiki bar  
on water open daily with breakfast, lunch and dinner and daily specials.  
Angler's Cove is a friendly, clean development on the water with the nicest folks.  
Tigertail Beach and Residents Beach nearby. Wonderful restaurants, movie theatre, shopping all close  
by with reasonable prices.  
 
We provide you with most everything you need including linens, beach chairs, beach towels, beach  
bags, coolers, six tennis rackets, games and toys, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware,  
fishing rods and tackle, two "his and her" beach cruiser bicycles, and much more!  
 
Location: 
Marco Island is located in the gulf of Mexico in the far Southwest corner of Florida. It is nestled  
just south of Naples area. The Island is 4 miles by 6 miles and encompasses 6,800 acres. It is the  
largest island of the surrounding 10,000 islands. Marco Island features 6 miles of beach and over  
100 miles of waterways. Within 30 minutes driving are air boat tours in the Everglades, shopping in  
Naples and fantastic golf. Airports: 30 minutes to Naples; 50 minutes to Fort Myers; 1 1/2 hours to  
Fort Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami and 3 hours to Tampa
