beach. Walking distance of three blocks to Gulf of Mexico and white
sandy beaches. Fully furnished with some antiques as well as a
sleeper sofa in living room. Florida room has full-sized pool table
and overlooks the water. Patio has grill and picnic table for your
evening meals. Full size washer and dryer on premises for your
laundry needs. Outside shower to wash off sand from beach. Beach
access from many streets, including street on which home is located.
Great fishing and crabbing from dock, which has a bait table,
wash station, and built-in seating. Dock has stairs to small beach.
Enjoy a fantastic expansive view of an intracoastal bay with
beautiful sailboats and homes. When you see it, you'll love it!

Indian Rocks Beach is a popular beach destination. Located on the
Gulf of Mexico, it has approximately 3 miles of sandy white beaches
with facilities, excellent restaurants, beach access on most streets,
and popular Kolb Park. Several churches, a library, and a Chamber of
Commerce are located in the immediate vicinity of Indian Rocks Beach.

Boating, swimming, water skiing, sun bathing, shelling, and fishing
are popular pasttimes in the immediate area. Nearby Clearwater Beach
offers deep sea fishing, parasailing, dinner and sunset cruises,
shopping, and Pier 60 nightly entertainment and crafts. Sand Key Park
is also located nearby and is directly on the Gulf. Easy access to
Tampa International Airport, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Mahaffey Theater for
the Performing Arts, and Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Sports
abound in the area and include the Tampa Bay Bucs (football), Tampa
Bay Lightning (hockey), and the Tampa Bay Rays (baseball). You can
