You have found the place! Our home is a great family-friendly condo
that sleeps 10 people and is just 3 blocks from the beach in the
Goldcoast section of Ocean City, NJ. Located on the first floor, our
spacious home has four bedrooms, 3 full baths, an open living room and
dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We'd like your stay to be
as stress-free as possible so we provide beach towels, bedding
(including sheets and blankets), and beach chairs. If your work
travels with you on your vacation, our home is equipped with wireless
internet. Our home also offers furnished front and back porches, an
enclosed garage, a driveway for parking as well as convenient street
parking.
Our home is a non smoking rental.
We do not allow pets.
We only rent to families.

Ocean City, New Jersey is a world famous beach community located at
the heart of the Jersey Shore, so it is perfectly situated for a
vacation. It's at the northern tip of Cape May County, just 20 minutes
from Atlantic City, 70 minutes from Philadelphia, and two hours from
New York City.
Ocean City offers the best in food, shopping and family-oriented fun.
There's something for every taste and budget --- from snacks to
gourmet dining, from souvenirs to antiques, and from bumper cars to
rollercoasters.
You'll find an outstanding program of special events, recreational
programs and concerts, and a quaint, colorful downtown full of unique
specialty stores.
Ocean City boasts a two & a half mile boardwalk that is a central
focus of the downtown. It was voted one of the best in the
world in a recent national survey. It is lined with shops and
restaurants of every kind, movie theaters, amusement rides, miniature
golf courses, and a waterpark like no other!
Between the ocean and bay, every watersport imaginable is offered,
including surfing, sailing and boating. An active Arts Center,
Historical Museum and the famed Music Pier make Ocean City
culturally appealing as well. And as for nightlife...(besides the
boardwalk), Atlantic City is just twenty minutes away.

Below are rates for the 2011 summer season. If you would like to rent
our home at any time from January through May 2011, the rate is
$275 per night, with a 2 night minimum. If you would like to stay
beyond 2 nights, the rate is $200 for each additional night. If you
would like to stay for a week during the off-season, contact us for rates.
Sorry, but we do not provide group rentals or senior week rentals.
