settle in for the night?  Save some time for the game room, complete 
with arcade and pool table.

Skiing/ Snowboarding:
Ideally located just 15-30 minutes away from Keystone (9 miles), 
Loveland (12 miles), Arapahoe Basin (13 miles), Copper Mountain (14 
miles), Breckenridge (16 miles), and Vail/ Beaver Creek (30 miles) 
ski areas.  Wake up, check the snow report, and choose the best 
skiing/boarding Colorado has to offer!

Shopping:   
Silverthorne is best known for its shopping which should not be 
missed!  With over 60 brand name shops, Silverthorne Factory Outlet 
Stores are widely known for exceptional value, quality, and variety. 

Hiking/ Snowshoeing: 
Trails abound!  Some of my favorite trailheads are just steps away 
from the back door.  Surrounded by the majesty and wildlife of the 
Arapahoe National Forest and Eagle's Nest Wilderness Area, there is 
something for everyone here.  

Biking:
Summit County and Vail Valley are a bicyclist's  paradise with 
nearly 200 miles of paved bike paths and 400 miles of backcountry 
roads and trails.  Bikers of all abilities can choose from an array 
of riding opportunities.

Fishing, sailing on Lake Dillon, golfing, rafting, four-wheeling, 
hot air ballooning, and horseback riding are all located close by... 
Did I mention a limitless variety?  

Whatever your activity of choice, Summit Stage offers free shuttle 
to Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain.

Vacation Rental Rates

Value season:  	(Jan 4 - Feb 16)	$130/night **
(2 night min)  	(Nov 21 - Dec 20)	**rent 6 nights, 7th is free
                               

Regular season:	(Feb 17 - April 13)	$150/night  **
(3 night min)				**rent 6 nights, 7th is free

Summer season	(April 14 – Nov 20)	$100/night
(2 night min)				$600/week

Holiday season	(Dec 21 – Jan 3)	$250/night 
(5 night min)


There is a one time $95 cleaning fee and 9.5% occupancy tax added to 
all rental fees.  A fully refundable $150 security/damage deposit is 
also required.  Your refund will be issued within 10 days of your 
departure.

accept checks, credit cards, or Paypal.
