Bonita Springs is located between Naples and Ft. Myers.  
 
The master bedroom overlooking the golf course setting with a king  
size bed, triple dresser, lanai access, attached to luxury bath with  
soaking tub, seperate shower, with double sinks, and two walk-in  
closets. 
 
Guest suite has queen size bed. Den/TV room overlooking front  
entrance furnished with sofa, reading chair and dresser. 
 
Living room adjoining the dining area, seating for four with a  
galley kitchen attached to the breakfast area.... Many windows to  
admire the landscape theme of the our community.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Carriage Home is completely furnished with all appliances and  
utentsils needed for extended visits.  Washer and dryer,  
refrigerator, ice maker, dish washer, micro wave, toaster, cable TV  
and linens are provided. 
Designed by Gordon Lewis the par 72 - 18 hole championship golf  
course, gracious clubhouse with resturant and grill room, lighted  
tennis courts, heated pool and jacuzzi, outside grills.  Trails for  
hiking and bicking within the community.

Activities and Attractions

Public beaches are only a short distance away.  A pardise for a  
shopping spree at the New Coconut Pointe Mall, housing 300 stores.    
Water sport activities, boat rentals, fishing and night cruises are  
all available for the planning.  Spa's of your choice.  
Cusine - International!  Culteral events are always on the calendar.

Vacation Rental Rates

Multiple months may be discounted and two week rentals are also  
available.  Please contact us. 
 
 
Dec       $3,500.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
Jan       $3,500.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
Feb       $3,500.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
Mar       $3,500.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
Apr       $3,000.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
May-Nov   $2,500.00/month plus 11% Florida Taxes 
 
Golf privileges are available and a membership can be transfered for  
a fee of $300.00.  Transfer members then pay only cart fee. 
 
All utilities are included.  All long distance telephone calls must  
be made with a credit card.  All rentals require a $500.00 security  
deposit and $150.00 cleaning charge upon rental acceptance.   
Internet access available upon request for a minimal fee.
