Sea Place is a new oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa/condo on the
entire private 2nd floor of a 3-story villa (La Siesta Residence)
with spectacular views of turquoise water, sea birds and passing
ships.

Relax and dine on your private covered veranda with a large patio
table that seats 6 or snooze on the 4 recliners. When you're ready
for the sun and surf, 2 rafts and 2 chaise lounges are beachfront
for your personal use plus a shared oceanfront pool.

Sea Place is a NO Smoking property fully equipped with all the
amenities of a fine luxury hotel--all rooms air conditioned plus
ceiling fans, maid service, king size beds with private baths in both
bedrooms, computer w/Internet access, Vonage phone service with
unlimited calls to the US, flat screen LCD TVs and DVDs in LR and
bedrooms. The L/R has two large sofas, a chaise and a swivel rocker
w/ottoman so everyone gets a comfy seat. Large fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher,refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, glass
cooktop, convection oven and washer/dryer. Safe boxes in each
bedroom. Crib and highchair available. Gas Webber BBQ grill.
Private off-street parking in front of the building.

Sea Place Villa is located directly on Simpson Bay Beach which is 2+
miles long; great for morning walks or jogging. With the exception of
the two Capitals of Marigot and Philipsburg, Simpson Bay is probably
the most prominent area on St. Maarten for Resorts, Restaurants,
Activities, Marinas, Banking,and Business.
In Simpson Bay, you'll find these restaurants: Jimbo's, the new and
very popular Valentino's, Saratoga, Zee Best, Tutta Pasta and Top
Carrot Vegetarian. Across the road is the German restaurant Bavaria
and just down the road are the popular Pineapple Pete's, Toppers,
Skipjack, Halsey, Lee's, The Boat House and three Steak Houses. A
short way up the hill past Atrium is the French Restaurant Le Bec Fin
and Anand Indian Restaurant.
Also in Simpson Bay are the Rhino Ride Safaris, Dive Shops and
Excursions, Aquamania with its well known Catamarans Lambada and
Tango, its Dive Operation and its High Speed Ferries Edge I and II
taking you to St. Barths and Saba. Simpson Bay also has the islands
only Miniature Golf Course and Four Casinos, Hollywood Casino at
Pelican, Paradise Casino and Sports Book, Tropicana and Dolphin. The
island's major movie house, Caribbean Cinema's Megaplex with 7
theaters is also in Simpson Bay.

7-night minimum stay.  (Fewer nights accepted in low season or to fill gaps in calendar). Reservations will be confirmed upon a 25% deposit within 7 days. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 1 bedroom occupancy rate provides use of the entire villa and beachfront master bedroom; excludes use of the 2nd bedroom.
