Easton's beach, the Cliff walk and downtown Newport. Large open floor
plan-living room,dining room and kitchen all in one spot. Great for
entertaining. Large deck,outdoor shower,grill and shaded back yard.
House is on a quiet street right next to Braga park- play
basketball,soccer,walk your dog or take the kids to the playground
after a day at the beach. Approximately 5 minutes drive from Second Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

House has five good sized bedrooms- large master bedroom with cathedral
ceilings and attached bathroom,living room and dining room also have
cathedral ceilings,bright white and beachy!Open kitchen with breakfast
bar for eating. Three full bathrooms with tubs and showers,downstairs
bath has jacuzzi tub.On first floor a large TV/Play room.Garage
attached ,nice backyard. A great Newport spot for a family,reunion or
group of friends.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for the months of May 08 and June 08. We cannot do weekly
rentals ( due to Newport Ordinances).
Rates for the Month of May- $3,500.00
Rate for the Month of June- $5,500.00
