Ocean Park is a safe relaxed neighborhood. Ocean Park is also the only area in Santa Monica where you can walk directly to the beach without having to cross the busy Pacific Coast Highway. We are within easy walking distance of Main Street, Whole Foods Market, Third Street Promenade and most of Santa Monica’s main attractions. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. Walk to Santa Monica Pier, and enjoy the year round activities at the beach, free concerts, games, rides, surf camps. The Farmers' Markets offer prepared foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, organic foods, etc., are on every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday! Summer family activities, adult lap swim, a child pool and lessons.
