three sides over looking greenery, large redwood deck with big lawn in backyard, high-end furniture,
appliances, linens, kitchen, new hardwood floors and fireplace and Jacuzzi bath.
Soulful retreat in the heart of the hippest part of Santa Monica, a 6 blocks stroll down the street
to the beach, a lovely park, bike path, and a half block the other direction to great restaurants
like Chinois on Main, the Urth Caffee, and to great shops on main St. There is 1 driveway parking
plus 1off-street parking, 0.5 mile to Ocean front.
Free tennis and basketball courts are 6 blocks at the beach, as is the toddler park, the dog park,
and the famous Sunday farmer's market with kiddie horse rides. The house is in a wonderful Ocean
Park neighborhood, right behind main Street. a very quiet neighborhood
