Vacation Rental Description

This nice home is located in the heart of Bullhead City, just blocks from the river, Hwy 95,  
shopping, dining.  The casino’s and Lake Mojave are just a couple of miles down the road, far enough  
away not to be annoying, but close enough for easy access. 
 
We use this home and are offering to others to enjoy Arizona and all this area has to offer, from  
endless trails, the river and Oatman, just east of Bullhead City. 
 
Snow birds are welcome and extended stay rates are available.   
 
Just bring yourself, toys and clothes!  You can purchase food at one of the many grocery stores just  
a few blocks away, and the house has everything you will need.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sure, we could charge more for all of the holiday weekends, make you look through the prices and  
find which weekend applies to you, but no, we have simple rates.   
 
Use the calendar, pick your days, know your price. 
 
Daily.............	$95 per night (minimum two nights) 
Weekly............$445 per week (no minimum) 
Monthly...........$1,110 per month 
3 Months..........$1,030 per month 
6 Months..........$1,000 per month 
9 Months..........$980 per month 
Yearly............$950 per month 
 
Includes:  
$100 per month of utilities (pro rated for weekly/daily)  
Satellite (Dish) TV 
Soft water 
 
Other Fees: 
$100 cleaning deposit (leave it like you found it, and we return your deposit, or we will have a  
cleaning crew take care of it) 
Note: You will be responsible (financially) for any damage to the property, please treat it like  
your own. 
PETS: Your pet is welcome at our home, but you are responsible to clean up after the pet, and any  
issues/damages caused by the pet. There is no extra charge, but understand there are other neighbors  
who live there all the time with their pets, so please be courteous.
