beautiful home with pond view built in 2005 is located in The
Refuge at Dirickson Creek. Just minues from the beach the house
is located in the Delaware resort area just over two hours
removed from Baltimore, D.C., northern Virginia and Philadelphia
and just four hours from New York.
The house has a large MBR with queen size bed, full bath and
walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom
#3 has twin beds. They share a Jack and Jill full bathroom.
Bedroom #4 on the upper level contains a queen size bed and
full bath. Sunroom has queen size sofa bed. Open living area
includes a spacious great room with gas fire place, cathedral
ceiling, sky lights, built-in shelves and dining room. Kitchen is
tastefully appointed with stainless steel appliances.
Breakfast bar and eating area off kitchen. Sunroom provides
perfect location to relax and take in the view of the pond.
Deck off the sunroom and great room plus the large beautifully
landscaped patio are the perfect spots for grilling and enjoying
those famous Maryland steamed crabs. The rockers and wicker
furniture on the front porch make it a great place for breathtaking
views of the brilliant sunsets.

Thoughtful details include a large pool with adjacent children's
pool and playground, community pavilion, and a clubhouse
that contains a meeting/card room and fitness center. Tennis
and basketball courts join hands with resort favorites - volleyball,
shuffleboard and horseshoes.
Boat ramp available for easy access to Dirickson Creek and the bay.
3 TV's (MBR TV has built-in DVD player), CD player/AM-FM
radio, and DVD/VCR in great room.

Fenwick Island is a small quiet town with numerous restaurants,
stores and activities. The beach is pristine and is easily accessed
through the Delaware State Park. Beach access also available in
Ocean City just a short drive south. Swimming, charter boat
fishing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing, and surfing
are just some of the watersport activities available. There are
many golf courses, boardwalks and superb dining both north and south
of Fenwick. Set aside a day and visit Bethany Beach. Enjoy the
shopping district and walk the boardwalk. Travel north to Rehoboth
Beach and enjoy the boardwalk, shopping, and dining. Rehoboth has
over 140 fabulous outlet stores. Enjoy sales tax free shopping!
Just north of Rehoboth Beach is the town of Lewes - a small quaint
area great for relaxing and browsing the shops.
A short drive south takes you to Ocean City, MD a truly family
resort. The famous boardwalk, shops and all types of dining facilities
await you. Enjoy the night life - choose from dozens of
entertainment venues.
