Vacation Rental Description

Beach front Property with Majestic 180 degree un-obstructed views of 
Lake Tahoe and the breathtaking Sierra Mountains! Not many 
properties have the advantage of a large yard & home (over 2000 Sq 
Ft)that has all this and sandy beaches. The experience will leave you 
with the true 
meaning of Tahoe. PERFECT WEDDING LOCATION! We have had many weddings at the home because of 
it's unforgetable setting and romantice sunsets over the lake. 
Located on snow cleared roads & all cleared roads to Heavenly & Casinos.

Five minute walk to park that has volley ball & a summer cafe. It's 
a ten minute drive to Heavenly (skiing), casinos, Edgwood Celebrity 
Golf Course and shopping.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New upgraded carpeting throughout home. Completely repainted inside.
DOWNSTAIRS:
This is not a dark dingy house. It is very light and bright inside.
Nor is it or has it been a flop house. It is a place you will love 
to stay at.
Through the entance you enter the living room, warm, charming and 
comfortable. Tastefully decorated with 52" flat screen TV, DVD 
player & DVD movies. Gas fireplace.
Bonus room which can serve as a fourth bedroom has 52" TV, DVD 
player and sleeps at least four. Glass 
doors lead to front yard. New full size washer & dryer in inclosed 
area.
Office has lake view with lg desk and computer with DSL & internet 
access.
Full bath downstairs.
Charming kitchen has new flooring, micro and fully equipped kitchen. 
Fine china for those romantic nights.
Oh yes ... wonderful views.
Dining area leads to very large back yard with covered patio and 
VIEWS!
Patio has gas BBQ and patio furniture (out when weather permits).

UPSTAIRS:
3 bedrooms. Master bedroom suite has full view balcony. The views 
from here are are everything Tahoe is about. Flat screen TV.
1 bath upstairs.
Linens & towels provided.
Parking for boat plus a couple of cars.

Activities and Attractions

Everything is at your fingertips here. Swimming, hiking, golfing,  
hunting, casinos, snowboarding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, water-
skiing, snow skiing, sledding, horseback riding, rafting, 
sightseeing, restaurants, a wonderful new shopping area and so much 
more. There is a new convention center set to open in spring 2008.
We have provided some of the best indoor games for kids and adults 
alike.

Vacation Rental Rates

All seasons are priced at the same reasonable rates. We do not raise 
rates for special seasons. 

$700 a night 3 night min. Holiday rents for 4 nights minimum. I'm 
sorry but we can't break up the days because of the way Christmas & 
New Years fall.
Weekly (7 nights)$4,000.
$200 cleaning fee (non-refundable).
$750 security deposit (refundable).
Smoking allowed on outside patios only.
Sorry, no pets.
