beach and a short walk to Northside Park.

fields, playground only a few blocks away.

June rates: $800 per week*
July - August rates: $975 per week
September rates: $800 per week
Off season weeks: $500 per week (October - May)
Off season weekends: $275 per weekend, $325 per long weekend (DEAL!)
*No Senior Week/Beach Week Rentals but only to families.
All rates include a $75 cleaning charge and all applicable taxes.
$150 Refundable Security Deposit Required on all rentals.
