Kenja Kottage is a beautiful 2 story beach cottage with large wrap
around balconies. The cottage is tastefully decorated and has all
the ammenities to provide you with a fantastic vacation. On the
second floor is the main master suite with a king size bed and
adjoining bath with a whirpool tub and separate shower. The second
master suite with a queen size bed is also on the second floor, with ajoining bath as well. Both suites have doors that access the
balcony for enjoying the evening breezes! On the main floor is the
well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boast stainless
steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully
equipped for making your vacation as easy as being at home. The main
floor also has a washer and dryer located next to the first floor
bathroom that adjoins the main floor bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, and access to the wrap around balcony as well. This beautiful home sleeps Ten as we also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each home has private parking for 2 vehicles in front of the home. * Parking is restricted to the two cars only.

Our home is located in the gated community of Beach Retreat. It is a
short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach
frontage. The neighborhood has brick paved streets lined with
colorful Florida Cottages and a 3000 square foot pool.
This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the
club house with a state of the art fitnss room.
We also have wifi service at Kenja Kottage for keeping in touch back
home.
The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt.
Daves and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centerly located near
all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, childrens
activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining,
movie theater and beautiful golf courses. Whether you wish to shop
til you drop or just relax on the white sands and enjoy the crystal
clear emerald green waters, Destin is the perfect place for you.
