If you are looking for a family vacation or a nice get-away, Wells is the perfect location. The Cottage is located near the long sandy beaches of Wells, Moody and Ogunquit.
This two bedroom, 1 bath, cottage (#207) is located in the beautiful, private area of Beach Dreams, Perkins Cove village, in Wells Maine. Beach Dreams is a gated cottage resort situated on 43 acres with 3 swimming pools, exercise facility, game room, 2 club houses and a tennis court, as well as gazebos to sit and enjoy everything Maine has to offer.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, the other has a bunk-bed (single on top and full size on the bottom). The enclosed sun room also has a pull out couch. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen and living area and a great sun room to sit and relax.
The cottage can comfortably sleep 5-7. This unit is centrally located in Beach Dreams village near the main club house with large pool, children's pool and 15-person hot tub, as well as just steps away from one of the other community pools. It is is excellent condition with high quality furnishings and mostly used for the owners enjoyment!

Thi sunit has the fully enclosed sun room with sleeper sofa adds additional living space! Not too many units have the fully enclosed sun room.
A/C, heat, cable television, dvd player, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas grill, and linens included! Pack only your toothbrush!

Beach Dreams is a resort like atmosphere with many on-site activities including 3 swimming pools (1 adult only pool), a kiddie pool, hot tub, and tennis court. There is a video game room with pool table, as well as, an exercise facility with showers, and a lounge area all located in the main club house.
The Wells, Moody, and Ogunquit Beaches are among the finest family vacation spots anywhere. Enjoy over six miles of gorgeous white sand. Beautiful beaches are nearby either by car or trolley. Other attractions include: several golf courses, bicycling, kayaking, great restaurants, Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve, hiking, cruises (both sightseeing and fishing) from nearby Perkins Cove in Ogunquit. Come and enjoy!

Oct - $700/weekly or $120/night (2 night minimum)
$75 cleaning fee, ME sales tax, and $400 refundable security deposit apply to all rentals
