from Disney. Close to all local amenities, easy access to all major
theme parks and the I-4.

It is hard to believe that these relaxing surroundings could be so
close to all the action! The Mission Park community also features
running and walking paths, Tot-lot for small children, and basketball
courts.

Excellently located for all attractions. Shopping is nearby, including
WalMart, Sweet Bay Supermarket, Publix, WinnDixie and Lowe's. If you fancy a game of golf there are over 20 golf
courses within a half-hour radius.

Master bedroom consists of king-size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet area. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, radio alarm clock, and is next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a well furnished twin-bedded room and has a CD stereo. Bedroom 4 is a nicely furnished twin room.

Nicely appointed family room with cable TV, Nintendo Wii console and DVD player. Separate Living Room with cable TV and PlayStation 2. Dining area with formal dining table seating up to 6 people. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with
breakfast bar.

All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Telephone with free local calls. Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet - this includes washer, dryer, ironing and airing equipment.

Gas barbecue available at no charge.

We offer cleaning service during your stay. This can either be just bed linen change, bathroom cleaning and general tidy-up for $45 or a full cleaning of the villa for $85. This service can be booked in advance or during your stay.

Welcome Packs include bread, milk, orange juice, ta, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs and water and are supplied and placed in the villa prior to your arrival at a cost of $15. Should you require any additional items, these will be purchased 'at cost' plus an additional charge of $5.

- The above rates include 11% Tourist Tax, utilities, linen and towels.
- Personal checks or Visa/MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
- No minimum stay restrictions, however for stays of 6 nights or less
a cleaning fee of $85 will be charged.
- Pool heating is extra and charged at $150 per week ($21.50 per day)
- A deposit of $250 will be required to secure the reservation of the
Villa.
- Special rates are available for long stays or last minute bookings.
