Cozy 1912 restored Cottage, one bedroom with bunkbeds and sleeping
loft.One bathroom,living room,dinning room and fully equiped
kitchen.Small back porch.

Boat dock,,two bikes,charcoal grill,picnic table.

Swing in hammocks on dock and watch for dolphins and manatees.Bike to Cocoa Village and explore the Historic downtown.The beach is just a 15 min drive away and to
Orlando attractions 45 minutes,or stay out on dock and fish all
day.Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge
are a 30 min drive just to the north of this location and are a bird watchers paradise, while in that area why not stop at Kennedy Space Center for an exiting tour of the  Space  program ,past and future.Port Canaveral
is a 15 min. drive and offers deep sea fishing,cruises and wonderful seafood restaurants.World famous  Ron Jon Surf Shop is located just a 15min drive to the east of the cottage and offers surfing lessons and other various water sport equipment rentals and of course there you also find the beach.Jet Ski rentals are available at various sites in Merritt Island or Cocoa Beach.Indian River Queen paddle boat dinner cruises depart from Cocoa Village.Thrilling airboat rides can be booked at the Lone Cabbage Fish Camp at Lake Poinsett along the beautiful St.Johns River,you'll see Alligators and other wildlife.If you like to try wind surfing,Calema Windsurfing and Watersports on Merritt Island areyour people to go to.
