the Zoo, with Views of the Ocean and Diamond Head, located at the 10  
storey "Waikiki Grand Hotel". One of Honolulu's best-kept secrets,  
just steps to the Beach and Parks.  
 
Air conditioned suite that is furnished very well with quality items  
throughout, Queen Size Wall Bed unit with an excellent mattress.  
 
Bathroom has separate shower and tub area with toilet and separate  
sink with vanity....good for 2 people.  
 
Nice big balcony with high top table and 2 chairs and built in  
sitting and storage bench.  
 
Bldg has roof top deck for guest's to view the Ocean and  
suntan ...building has, room service if needed and a Restaurant in  
building.

Low Season:   April 1 – May 31     and   September 1 – November 30 
   @ $100.00 per night ( Min 3 day stay) $600.00 per week   $2,250.00 per month 
 
High Season:  June 1 – August 31   and   December 1 – March 31 
   @ $125.00 per night  ( Min 3 day stay)  $700.00 per week   $2,500.00 per month 
 
All rates are in U.S. .Currency 
 
For Reservation & Bookings All deposits & cleaning fees must be paid with in 3 weeks to confirm  
reservation, balance to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to  
arrival date. Cancellation for Reservations are subject to 10 days  
notice before booking days Early departure will  
not be entitled to a refund. 
 
Other Fees: One-time check-out cleaning fee of $50.00 per stay. 
 
All rents are subject to: 
General Excise Tax of 4.712% 
Transient Accommodations (Lodging) Tax of 7.25%
