TV, enclosed porch with a large wooden deck facing lake. Sleeping accommodations: 1 double bed, 1
bunk bed (sleeps 2 ), 1 twin, 1 fold out sleeper and 1 futon plus cots. THIS PROPERTY BOOKS UP

Wooden deck, outdoor furniture, gas grill, dock, Bar-B-Que pit, fireplace and enclosed porch.
Island amenities: 2 boat launching facilities, rental boats slips available, Frye's Leap cafe and
store, 9 hole golf course with pro shop and lounge, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool, 13
public beaches and a community center with activities.With two bedrooms, one bath, our rental is a place of wonder, testimony to more than 40 years of its owner's comings and goings: shelves crammed with books and board games, mismatched antiques, circle throw rugs, appliances that should be in the Smithsonian, driftwood mobiles hung from the ceiling that catch the breeze through the open door. You can "hunt" fireflys too!

Swimming, boating, hiking, etc. Quiet island with dirt roads ( good shape ) and no traffic ! While
the island offers many activities my favorite is " just chillin on the deck facing lake". Only 25
miles west of Portland, Me. Sebago Lake is apx 29,000 acres of clean water that exced 300' in depth.
This is known as " The home of the land-locked salmon ".

May, June, September & October $700 per week with a $200 deposit per week; July & August $1,100 per
week with
a $400 deposit. 1 WEEK MINIMUM.  Pets $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
