High Season .. $139/night  + $80  cleaning  + 12.5% Fl tax (Easter, 
Xmas, Thanskgiving, Chanukah)     
 
Deposit:  Advance payment required  $250    Balance due 60 days prior 
to arrival.  
  
Cancellations made 45-60 days prior to date of arrival are fully 
refunded.  
Cancellations made within 30-45 days prior to date of arrival are 
refunded less $250.00 deposit.   
Cancellations made within 30 days to date of arrival are not refunded, 
unless owner is able to re- 
book condo then you will receive a refund less the $250 deposit. 
 
Additional rental items charges apply 24 - 48 hours prior to arrival 
date(rates per peek + tax):
