Vacation Rental Description

spectacular panoramic views of three mountain ranges and the golf course. Choose to relax on the  
private covered patio facing the golf course, the private enclosed entry with palm trees, or the  
second floor balcony. This newly remodeled home has been tastefully decorated with granite  
countertops, tile floors, berber carpet,and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom is on the main  
floor and has a queen bed and new LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom also has a queen bed,  
remodeled tile ensuite, TV, and private balcony overlooking the golf course. The unit has a washer  
and dryer and enclosed 2 car garage. There is another new LCD TV with DVD player in the living room  
as well as new furniture and a gas BBQ on the patio. 
 
This home is non-smoking only.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is in a secure 24hr guard-gated community with several pools and jacuzzis. There is also  
tennis, a driving range, fitness centre, and a clubhouse on premises with both casual and fine  
dining. The golf course is an 18 hole executive length and the green fees are very reasonable. Golf  
carts are available and included with your green fees. Located at Casbah Way and Hovley Lane (42nd),  
you are a 2 min. drive from groceries, video rentals, banking, and take-out food or 7 min. from El  
Paseo (high-end, name brand shopping) and Hwy 111 for all the best in restaurants and shopping.  
There are also many wonderful hikes in the area.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season:                $900 per week November thru March 
                            Discount is given if rented monthly 
 
Low Season:                 $600 - $800 per week April thru October  
 
Monthly:                    $3000 per month November thru April  
                            $1500 - $2200 per month May thru October  
                            $100 cleaning fee charged on monthly rentals 
 
Security Deposit:           $500 payable at time of booking 
                            Refundable 3 weeks after departure provided unit is left in the same 
                            condition as when you arrived.
