beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack WITH BOAT SLIP FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10 PER DAY. 
 
-  Sleeps a maximum of 10 and has parking for 3-4 cars plus a boat trailer 
 
-  Four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, beautiful dining room, living room with  
large fire place, laundry room adjacent to the kitchen, three decks and a private  
balcony off the master suit

Jun 1 - June 30 .........$ 900/week........$ 500.00/weekend or any 3 days 2 nights; $140 add'l night  
July - August   .......$ 1,100/week.........weekend rentals based on availability 
Sept - Dec      .........$ 800/week........$ 500.00/weekend or any 3 days 2 nights; $140 add'l night

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent 
$500 Fully Refundable Security Deposit is required. Full return of deposit will be made via mail  
provided no damage, major cleanup, and no breaking of community or property rules. 
***Rental Rates Do Not Include PA 6% Sales Tax*** 
 
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.......Check in 4PM  Check out 10AM 
Weekend............................................Check in 12PM Check out 3PM 
 
Maximum occupancy is 10 (no exceptions)
