Payment Accepted:  Visa, Mastercard and Checks. 
$1000 reservation/security deposit due at time of reservation.  This 
will hold your reservation and will also serve as the security 
deposit and will be refunded to you in full assuming no damages or 
excessive cleaning.
$125 cleaning fee
Upon collection of deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter, 
directions and the rental agreement.
Nightly rates apply to stays of less than 1 week.
