Vacation Rental Description

just north of Naples and is the perfect location for dining,  
shopping, beaches, golf, entertainment, and just plain old “fun-in- 
the-sun.” Best of all it is just minutes away from the Southwest  
Florida International Airport. Your vacation would be set within the  
ambience of a world class, 5 star resort yet have the appeal of  
private luxury. 
 
San Marino is a private gated community. A 2300 square feet luxury  
Coach Home with beautiful European architectural design. Outside the  
home is an attached 2 car garage, screened lanai, a beautiful view  
of the Miromar Signature Championship Golf Course from the back  
Lanai and a Tuscan Grand Fountain from the front door.  Inside the  
home you’ll enjoy a fully furnished home beautifully decorated in a  
Tommy Bahamas theme. Starting with a master suite which is  
eloquently designed. You will be sleeping comfortably on a king size  
bed and enjoying the use of a cultured marble Roman tub and a  
frameless glass shower.  
 
Granite top kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances to  
include a GE refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser in the  
door, flat top range, dishwasher and microwave with a sunny kitchen  
nook to sip that morning coffee or catch an afternoon tea.  A six  
person dining table offers the capability for a more formal dinner  
with friends or family.  The view from the lanai is the 5th Hole of  
the Arthur Hills, designed par 72 Championship Golf Course.  A  
second bedroom, designed in animal motif, has a full size bed  
convenient for guests with access to a nicely tiled main bath with  
tub and shower.  A separate den offers a relaxing place to watch TV,  
write a letter, or listen to some nice music. Designer tile flooring  
in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, baths, and lanai. A separate laundry  
room fully equipped with the essentials; washer, dryer, iron, etc.

up Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club.  As a guest you can enjoy the

amenities at Miromar proper where you will enter paradise through

$2900 per month for Oct. Nov. Dec. 
$3500 per month for Jan. Feb. Mar. 
$2700 per month Apr. May. June 
$2500 per month rest of year 
 
Rental Details: 
 
- Multi month discounts are negotiable. 
- Weekly rates upon request.    
- Subject to 6% Florida sales tax and 5% Lee County Tourist 
  Development Tax. 
- Cleaning Fee $100   
- Monthly Rentals: $1000 refundable security deposit plus 1/2 of   
rent required with reservation; remaining 1/2 of rent due 30 days  
prior to occupancy.
