Vacation Rental Description

Princesa Cinco is located at Sacbe Condos in the heart of Playa del
Carmen, at the best destination - on 5th Ave near 12th Street,
surrounded by trees and fresh water cenotes.  Best of all, it is only
one and a half blocks to the beach.

This suite is one of a kind, with premium Spanish marble flooring and
special decorative creations by a local artist.

The honeymoon bathroom awaits with beautiful white marble tub and
shower for two. A large couch twelve feet long, four feet wide, can
sleep two with room to spare. The large terrace with exceptional view
is a great place to soak up the sun or enjoy a glass of wine with the
ocean breeze kissing your face. You are on top of the trees that
surround this penthouse as it is five stories high.  A 24/7 view of
the Caribbean and the lights of Cozumel by night, one of the highest
decks in Playa.

You will enjoy the ambiance of the unique condo complex, surrounded by
tropical trees and cenotes.

Extremely quiet by day, no car traffic or street noise. Late night
there is some music from the clubs on 12th Avenue.

This condo can be combined as one with the neighboring unit, Bleu
Suite, for a luxury experience with family and friends - lots of
friends , as you have the combination of with three bedrooms, three
full bathrooms, two kitchens, large living room, deck off bedrooms -
