relaxation. Just minutes from the Indian River and the Atlantic
Ocean. Within walking distance to great downtown restaurants, the local
library and neighborhood churches.This neighborhood is lined with beautiful,
old live oak trees and it has many historic charming homes to see.
Close to Outlet Malls, golfing, botanical gardens, historic Jungle Trail and
of course all of the beaches and the best surfing at Sebastian Inlet.
This is a quiet place to relax. Come and enjoy Vero Beach in an old Florida setting.

Cable TV. Telephone. High speed wireless internet service. Hair
dryer, shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, linens, laundry products, all provided.
We also provide beach chairs, beach mats, a beach umbrella and small cooler.
Just bring your clothes and toothbrush.

This beautiful Florida cottage is located just 2 hours south of Orlando and all of it's theme parks,
Disney, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios,and the Hard Rock Cafe. We are less than one hour
south of Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. You can travel 30 minutes north on
U.S.1 and spend a day of leisure in Sebastian where you can visit the famed Mel Fischer Treasure
Museum, or spend a relaxing day at Captain Hirams Restaurant and listen to some great local musical
talents while you enjoy some good seafood. The beaches are less than 3 miles from this home,
and instead of returning to a hotel room you can relax after a day at the beach in a private home
where you can barbeque in the large back yard and enjoy peace and quiet and return to the beach the
next day refreshed. You may want to dine right there on the beach in Vero where you can find the
Ocean Grill Restaurant or Waldo's on the water. Traveling south on U.S.1 or I95 you are 2 hours
away from the Palm Beach Area and all of it's exquisite shops. Just an hour and a half south is Ft.
Lauderdale where you might want to spend a day at some of their Casinos and try your luck at some of
the slot machines or black jack tables.You may also spend an afternoon at the Ft.Pierce Jai Alai, or
you just may want to relax on the large front porch and read one of the dozens of books that we
provide and listen to some quiet music. There is much to do and see at this centrally located home.

All rates apply for up to 4 persons, additional charge for additional persons.
There is a $200.00 cancellation fee if cancelled two weeks before reservation.
