G.E. tax (11.96%)
$300 non-refundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit (refundable 5 working days after checking out w/ no damage)
$1000 deposit is required upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Utility & Cable TV are included in the rent.
