walking/jogging trail that runs along the beach also. Take time to 
relax by the pool, while soaking up the sun, sea breeze and the 
astonishing colors of the Atlantic Ocean.   
 
This superb building is located on the famous Collins Avenue, just a 
short walk from the fashionable Shops of Bal Harbour, supermarket, 
restaurants and the Surfside shopping area.  It's only a 15 minute 
drive to trendy South Beach and 30 minutes to the Miami or Fort 
Lauderdale International Airports and other exciting South Florida 
destinations.  Public transportation readily available nearby.
