Vacation Rental Description

200 year old barn converted into loft style living by architect 
owner. Located in wooded setting, yet close to road, 5 min walk to 
ocean (Folly Cove) and State Park. 10 min ride nearest beach (Plum 
Cove), and to Rockport and located 30 miles north of Boston.

"Barn" is semi-rustic on a 2 acre lot close to the road, with privacy 
yet close to activities. Great for scuba divers, ocean lovers, 
hikers, artists.

It is a no pets,non-smoking property.
Rental is for upto 2 adults & no children.
Linen and towels etc provided.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rentals for upto 2 adults US$2000/week June -Sep including 
utilities except long distance phone.
Barn is available at a reduced rate of $1,000/week for remainder of the year based 
on availability.
