Vacation Rental Description

of the wonderfully scenic town of Fountain Hills, AZ. Live in a 
condo located next to the fountain, an important landmark to 
Fountain Hills. Take a daily stroll on the path around one of the 
tallest fountains in the world! Restaurants and coffeehouses are in 
walking distance. Close to Mayo Clinic, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 
and picturesque golf courses. 

This quaint town, surrounded by breath-taking mountains, is only 
minutes from bustling Scottsdale with upscale dining, theatres, and 
so much to see and do. Enjoy water activities? You’re in luck, 
because Saguaro Lake is so close! Take part in boating, fishing, 
swimming, water skiing, picnicking and much more.

This lovely lower-level & single-level furnished condo is in 
immaculate condition. It was recently renovated and redecorated with

Vacation Rental Rates

Year-long lease (SAVE 20% with a year-long lease!)= $800.00 per month 
     (utilities not included for year-long)
High Season: January, February, March, April=	   $1700.00 per month
Low Season: May, June, July, August, September =    $900.00 per month
Mid Season: October, November, December=	   $1200.00 per month

Weekly Rates
High Season: $500/wk
Low Season:  $300/wk
Mid Season:  $375/wk

All utilities are included in the price of rent.

A security deposit of $800, cleaning fee, and 50% of the total rental
amount are required at the time of reservation. The remaining rental
balance is due one month prior to your arrival date. If you need to
cancel for any reason after confirming your reservation, your deposit
is non refundable, unless the unit is re-rented and a $75.00
administration fee will be deducted.
