"Chateau Champagne" is our beach front, spacious (1330 square feet) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Destin on Florida's gorgeous Emerald Coast directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Destin Towers  -  selected as a "top pick" family beach resort by Southern Living in 2007 - Chateau Champagne has just been lovingly remodeled and redecorated in Summer, 2007. Remodeling features include new granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, new stainless steel appliances, new Kohler sinks and brushed nickel fixtures in the kitchen and baths, new Thomasville kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, new tile - everything has been updated. We even included free WI-FI high speed wireless internet access. The unit is decorated light and bright with a "French Cottage on the Beach" flair.

You will have fantastic Gulf views from the Gulf front balcony, living room, and master bedroom. When you are ready for the beach, simply take the elevator down, walk past Destin Towers pool, and onto the beautiful Destin beach. Beach service is available from March - November for Destin Towers guests for a nominal fee.

The balcony directly faces the Gulf, NOT a "side" view (see photo from beach). No streets to cross, no other buildings to navigate - this large 2 bedroom condominium unit has all the comforts of home, but it's right on the gorgeous Destin beach!!
