Located exit 36 off I 77 near Mooresville.
Centerlake secluded Cape Cod, conveniently located Hwy 150 bridge area, deep water, main channel
view, and boat slip. It is a fantastic getaway for a couple, young family, fisherman, or NASCAR
enthusiast.
The house is 1780 sq ft. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Main channel view from all bedrooms. Master
bedroom has a king size bed, upstairs bedrooms have queen size and twin beds. Linens and bath
towels supplied. Kitchen, dining and living room surrounded by large wrap around deck with main
channel view. Boat ramp and slip come free with the house rental. Guests can rent a boat from
local businesses or bring their own, insured boat and jetskis and use the free boat slip. Boat
rentals available minutes from property.
Our cove is off the main channel with year round water for boating or fishing from the
dock. It's a great cove for swimming, boating, and relaxation. Beautiful views from the house and
dock!
