Vacation Rental Description

Come, relax, basque in the sun by the pool or head down to the Cape  
Coral Yacht Club.  There you can lounge on the beach, fish off the  
pier or just have lunch.  And for some of the best shelling  
anywhere,  
head out to Sanibel Island right from our dock.  Local boat rentals  
are available. 
 
  Our home, on SW 18th Place in Cape Coral, is just 30 minutes from  
beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach. The boat  
dock with lift (boat rentals nearby) is located on intersecting  
canals with the gulf just 40 minutes out.  The home has 3 bedrooms,  
2 baths and a 2 car garage.  The floor plan offers a Great Room that  
has been made more private by the addition of partial height walls  
around the perimeter and features a stone faced fireplace. The  
kitchen has an island with raised breakfast bar, expansive counter  
space, a huge pantry and a full formal dining area.  The Master  
Suite is equipped with a tremendous walk-in closet, lanai access and  
a full featured master bath including a jacuzzi.  The home also  
features a fully screened solar heated pool with pool shower. 
 
The entire home has been refurnished in June 2001.

High Season December 1st to March 30th - 2009 Rates $950/week or  
$3200/month 
Add 11% Florida State Tax  
Final Cleaning $100 (1-4  
persons)                                           
No smoking. 
No pets please. 
Short term vacation rentals only. 
Refundable security deposit of $200 required. 
Long distance calls by credit card only. 
Rental Rates: 
     Subject to change without notice. 
     Rates based on 1-4 persons. 
     Additional persons $100 per person. 
     Full refund granted if cancellation is 45 days prior to arrival. 
     Payment due in full two weeks prior to arrival. 
     30% deposit required to hold reservation. 
We accept personal checks, money orders or credit card payment  
through Paypal (renter is responsible for paypal fees)
