Our home, on SW 18th Place in Cape Coral, is just 30 minutes from
beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach. The boat
dock with lift (boat rentals nearby) is located on intersecting
canals with the gulf just 40 minutes out. The home has 3 bedrooms,
2 baths and a 2 car garage. The floor plan offers a Great Room that
has been made more private by the addition of partial height walls
around the perimeter and features a stone faced fireplace. The
kitchen has an island with raised breakfast bar, expansive counter
space, a huge pantry and a full formal dining area. The Master
Suite is equipped with a tremendous walk-in closet, lanai access and
a full featured master bath including a jacuzzi. The home also
features a fully screened solar heated pool with pool shower.
The entire home has been refurnished in June 2001.
