Vacation Rental Description

Opened in December of 2005, Villas Vista Sayulita was specifically 
designed and built to meet a multitude of needs; whether you are a 
family of five, a party of twenty-five or a couple on a romantic get-
a-way, we have the perfect accommodations for you. Located 
on “Gringo Hill” and overlooking the town plaza, it’s about a five 
minute walk to the town’s center and just another 100 yards to the 
beach from there!

At Villas Vista Sayulita we have one, two and three bedroom suites, 
all with an ocean view. If you prefer a garden view, we have one 
bedroom queen suites and queen studio suites available. All of the 
suites are air conditioned and have either a full-size kitchen or 
kitchenette. Groups and Weddings are welcome!

Villas Vista can accommodate large or smaller groups.  Our three 
bedroom villas have lockoff capabilities that can turn the villa 
into a one, two or three bedroom villa!  One bedroom rates start at 
$162 for an ocean view, Two bedroom rates start at $198 / night and 
our three bedroom villas start at $246/ night (Tax not included)
