May to October  $164.29 each night, $1,050.00 week

High season
November to April $214.29 each night, $1,500.00 week

Christmas season from Dec.22 to Jan 8, $250.00 night, $1,650.00 week

This prices doesn't include state tax(7%) and $50.00 cleaning fee.

Minimum rental is 4 nights, we required $300.00 security deposit. 
Make your reservation with only $200.00.
In case of cancellation, we charge $200.00 for time and work done.
